I often find painting to be a challenge, getting myself ot the easel, and a particular work that started nicely has been sitting there untouched for weeks. Painter's block!
Then on Good Friday, I just had the desire to start on this painting. It progressed quickly, and by the end of Holy Saturday, it was completed. Graceful, and almost effortless.
As the works that progress that way tend to be, it has been well received! In this case, as it came so directly, I ahve thus far chosen not even to sign it!
